By accessing and using EduQuest, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Services

EduQuest provides educational resources including both free content and optional premium subscriptions:

• Interactive coding exercises and tutorials
• Algorithm and data structure courses
• AI and machine learning content
• Community-driven learning platform
• Supporter ($2.99/month) and EduQuest+ ($9.99/month) premium subscriptions with additional features

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on EduQuest, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EduQuest or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our educational content is provided under a Creative Commons license for non-commercial educational use.

5. User-Generated Content

When you contribute content to EduQuest (such as code reviews, comments, or course improvements), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Resell or commercially exploit our free educational content

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EduQuest is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or always available. We are not responsible for employment outcomes or career advancement based on use of our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Subscription Terms

EduQuest offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features including AI-powered tutoring. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

Available subscription plans:

• Supporter: $2.99 USD per month. Supports the platform and unlocks premium features on the mobile app.
• EduQuest+ (Plus): $9.99 USD per month. Full access to all features including unlimited AI tutor sessions on web and mobile.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.

New subscribers may qualify for a 7-day free trial. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. Each user is eligible for one free trial per subscription tier.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Go to Settings, tap your Apple ID, select Subscriptions, tap EduQuest, then Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Open Google Play, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select EduQuest, then Cancel subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date.

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies. EduQuest does not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund inquiries.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
